Information you provide. When you submit the contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, how you heard about us, and the message you write. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need it to respond to your inquiry.

Information collected automatically. Our website hosting provider automatically processes standard technical data needed to deliver web pages — such as your IP address, browser type, and requested pages — in server logs. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or social-media plugins, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

We use the information described above to:

• respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services;
• operate, maintain, and secure the Site (including spam prevention and rate limiting);
• diagnose delivery failures of the contact form; and
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share information only with trusted service providers that perform functions on our behalf — hosting the website, securely delivering contact-form messages to us, and operating our secure client portal — and only to the extent needed to perform those functions. The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. To make the contact form work well, the Site stores a small amount of functional data in your own browser — such as an autosaved draft of an unsent message and basic submission status — which stays on your device and is never transmitted to us or anyone else on its own. You can clear this at any time through your browser’s settings (clear site data).

Information you submit is retained only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and thereafter in accordance with our record-retention practices and legal obligations. Functional data stored in your browser expires or is cleared automatically by the Site, or at any time by you.

The Site is served over HTTPS, and contact-form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — please do not submit sensitive information (such as Social Security numbers or account numbers) through the contact form. Established clients should use the secure client portal instead.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information — such as the right to know what we hold about you, and to request access, correction, or deletion. Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our contact page and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under that age, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as practicable. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us through our contact page so we can address it promptly.

The Site links to third-party websites and services (such as the client portal). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.
